If 'Mobile Order & Pay' is listed under 'Amenities,' the selected Coffee House participates.
If your desired Coffee House is unavailable, you can place the order at another participating store. The app will show you available stores nearby.
Yes, you can add multiple products to your order. Simply select the desired items and add them to your cart.
After placing the order in the app, you will receive a notification that your order is being prepared. You can then go to the Coffee House and pick it up within a few minutes at the end of the counter on the 'Collect your Mobile Order' labeled tray.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. However, you can always place a new order if you'd like something different.
All orders placed through Mobile Order & Pay are automatically linked to your Starbucks® Rewards account if you are logged into the app. Make sure you have provided the correct account information when placing the order.
